Planning’s done, the countdown is on — and now it’s time to hand over the clipboard. I step in three months out to get fully up to speed on everything you’ve planned. From there, we’ll schedule three one-on-one meetings, build your timeline and floorplan, and do a venue walkthrough together.
Once your timeline is finalized, I’ll take over vendor communication to make sure everyone’s aligned and every detail is covered.
